The 2CH 4 Wire LED Digital PWM Motor Speed Controller is a multifunctional device tailored for DC motors that run at 12V, 24V, or 48V. It features a 4-wire setup along with a 50CM cable, allowing for accurate motor speed regulation through pulse-width modulation (PWM). Moreover, it comes equipped with a temperature controller that includes an LED display and a buzzer alarm for efficient monitoring and alerts. This controller is perfect for use in fan applications.

Note: This is a four-wire PWM fan controller, which can only control fans that comply with Intels four- wire fan specifications (most 12-48V four-wire fans are supported), and cannot control 2-3-wire fans and cannot be completely turned off. Turn off the fan.


Features:-

1. DC8-60V ultra-wide working voltage range (here refers to that the control board can work within this voltage range. In actual work, the controller power supply and the fan are together, so the power supply must be in accordance with the fan power supply requirements, otherwise the fan will be damaged).

2. Two-channel independent temperature control, which alternately displays the temperature of the two channels (-9.9C to 70.1C, error <1C) and fan speed (resolution 10rpm, maximum display 999*10rpm, always display 999 after exceeding).

3. The minimum speed of the fan and the temperature control zone are set by buttons, which are flexible in control and have a large setting range. The program is saved after setting.

4. The stop alarm function of the switch can be set (the external AC buzzer beeps for a long time, the default is off).

  1. Working voltage: DC8-60V (must be equal to the fan voltage, if you use a 12V fan but a power supply 24V will burn the fan)

  3. Control ability: Not limited by the fan current, but the maximum current of the fan interface pins on the board should not exceed 3A. If you use a larger current fan, please connect the fan power cord directly to the main power supply.
  4. Control output range: 10%-100% (this is only the signal output range, the actual situation depends on the fan performance)

  6. Temperature measurement: -9.9C to 99.9C, error 2C (within 70C for 1% probe) 3C (above 70C)

Changing or Canceling An Order

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email Only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or canceled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. Return Guidelines

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by the customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
