Changing or Canceling An Order
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email Only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. Return Guidelines
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by the customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt.
